Most small businesses don’t have time to strategize or think about tactics as the day-to-day operations are all consuming. Take an afternoon to learn with fellow small business owners and strategize together. You might learn as much from each other as what the presenters share. Over the years we have seen businesses, especially on Main Street, close their doors and in many cases the business could have been sold. The session on Designing a Strategic Exit will provide the “how to” develop a strategic plan to sell your business long before you need or want to. Attendees will learn how to increase the value of their business through proper bookkeeping, business records, and establishing the value of your Brand.
