Join us for our first Texas winemaker dinner! Come with us on a journey from Paso Robles, California, to the Texas Hill Country in Fredericksburg, Texas, as we explore the Heritage of Halter Ranch and how each harvest influences the wines made by our winemaker, Kevin Sass. The evening will start with a welcome hour featuring our Texas Sparkling Rosé and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a multicourse dinner from the Restaurant Hansjörg team paired with wines hand-selected by Kevin.
