SUMMARY:4th of July VFW Kidde Parade
DESCRIPTION:Children and patriotism will come together for the 40th annual July 4 children's parade\, sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7105.  All children age 12 and under can participate in the parade in an annual display of patriotism.  Children are allowed to bring small pets and decorated bicycles\, tricycles\, wagons or scooters. Participants may enter various categories to be judged and win prizes including "Uncle Sam"\, "Miss Liberty"\, "Best Bike Boy"\, "Best Bike Girl"\, "Best Dressed Pet"\, "Best Group" and more. No sign-up is required for those wanting to participate. The VFW Post sponsors this event to encourage patriotism at a young age and to permit the expression of American ideals.
