Fire, smoke, and bold flavors take center stage for this spicy collaboration between El Quincho and a special pop-up from Eaker Barbecue. 

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and passed appetizers before guests dive into a hearty buffet showcasing smoked and open-fire grilled meats alongside seasonal sides prepared by the chefs. Dessert will be served plated to end the night on a sweet note. 

Expect the warm, communal atmosphere of El Quincho’s beloved dinner service—with the added excitement of Eaker’s barbecue trailer onsite bringing the aroma and spectacle of live-fire cooking. 

A full bar and curated wines will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
