Get a first taste of what’s to come at Tex-Mex BBQ Fest: First Bite, a special preview of the 2027 Tex-Mex BBQ Fest. Co-produced by Leroy’s TexMex BBQ and Bevvy Curated, known for creating immersive food and beverage experiences steeped in Texas hospitality, this lively evening highlights the bold fusion of Tex-Mex flavors and slow-smoked barbecue. 

Guests can enjoy live music, traditionally distilled desert spirits, and Texas-sized bites from some of Texas’ top Tex-Mex BBQ restaurants. Think of it as a sneak peek of the spice, smoke, flavor and tunes that will define the full Tex-Mex BBQ Fest, coming to the Texas Hill Country in May of 2027.
