Once Upon A Cookbook: Autumn Wine Dinner at Behr House

Join us at Behr House for Once Upon a Cookbook, an intimate seasonal dinner series created in collaboration with Private Chef Jasiel Martinez. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared four-course menu featuring seasonal ingredients, accompanied by curated wine pairings selected to complement each course. Throughout the evening, Chef Jasiel shares the inspiration behind each of the dishes while Behr House guides guests through the wines, creating a relaxed, interactive dining experience centered around good food, good wine, and conversation. This autumn dinner will feature herb ravioli with wild mushrooms, an autumn greens salad, braised short ribs with Bordeaux reduction, and lattice-crust apple pie.
