An intimate dinner at the Picnic Table in Hye. The menu includes a welcome bite + 4 course meal consisting of a tomato and plum gazpacho, waldorf salad with yogurt citrus dressing, Texas quail with Harissa sauce and warm potato salad, and a black forest cheesecake parfait, all paired with Pontotoc wines.
