The business meeting will address the new Chapter year 2025-2026, including changes on the Board of Directors, the Chapter charter renewal process, and planned activities for the summer and fall. The 2024-2025 Year in Review will be presented showing the multitude of activities in which the Chapter engaged during the prior year. Finally, questions and procedures relating to scholarships will be addressed, including disbursement of funds and the role of UT’s Financial Aid Department. Member news and July birthdays will be celebrated. The Barn at Rock House offers a full bar in a lovely country setting, plus popcorn, pretzels and pizzas. Shuffleboard and pool are available before and after the business meeting, and multiple TVs feature a variety of sports events. All current and former students and their families and all friends of the University of Texas at Austin are encouraged to attend Thirsty Thursday and get your Hook ‘Em on!
