The Grace Center is hiring an Assistant Manager for its resale stores Schatze Hause Resale Boutique and Schatze Home Store. Responsible for working directly with the Store Manager, staff, and volunteers to ensure the day-to-day operation of both the Schatze Haus Boutique and Schatze Haus Home Store is in compliance with established standards and regulations. As a self-starter, the Assistant Manager is expected to show initiative and leadership skills by overseeing daily activities, managing volunteers across locations, and ensuring a seamless experience for donors and customers.
