Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Auto Technician
• Strong diagnostic skills with ability to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues
• Proficiency using scanners and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to perform a wide range of repairs: air conditioning, performance evaluation/repair, heavy line (engine & transmission R&R), brakes, suspension, and steering
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASE Certifications
• Trade school or vocational training graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient automotive diagnosis, repairs, & maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot using advanced diagnostic tools
• Conduct inspections to identify additional repair or maintenance needs
• Complete a/c, engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and steering repairs
• Handle routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, scheduled maintenance
• Communicate effectively with service advisor regarding observations, recommendations and repairs
