We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us grow. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and playing a key role in the success of a company, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

· Find and connect with potential clients through research, networking, and events

· Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and other partners

· Stay on top of market trends and look for new project opportunities

· Work with our leadership team to shape and execute business development strategies

· Help create proposals and respond to RFPs in coordination with our estimating and project management teams

· Represent Fletco at industry events and trade shows

· Promote our work through digital platforms and marketing efforts

· Track your efforts and share updates with the team on progress and challenges

What We’re Looking For:

· 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management—ideally in construction

· A strong understanding of the commercial construction market

· Great communication and relationship-building skills

· Confidence in presenting and negotiating

· Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

· A team player who’s proactive and professional
