Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
Respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email
Process sales quotes and sales orders
Research product data for Sales team
Provide back up support to administrative staff
General administrative duties as needed
Coordinate and maintain confidential records 

Applicant Requirements :
Must have excellent data entry skills 
Have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
HIGHLY PROFICIENT in Word and Excel and willing to learn the Open Office and Google App Suites
Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus 
Must have experience proofreading outgoing media 
Must be detail-oriented 
Must have a professional demeanor through in-person, telephone, and email communication
