Customer Service

Respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email (secondary customer service) Process sales quotes and sales orders

Maintain daily task list for all incoming inquires 

Create documents as needed for departments

Assist with creating or updating items in QuickBooks

Assist with ongoing Customer Service projects

Update Spreadsheets with daily Sales Orders and current progress
