We are seeking a polished, professional individual to join our growing team and help deliver a best-in-class hospitality experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Full-Time Wine Bar Server who is service-driven, reliable, and comfortable engaging with guests in a premium setting. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain high standards of hospitality. Prior wine or tasting room experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.

This role requires weekend availability and a commitment to maintaining the elevated standards of Andreucci’s on 290.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service to all guests
• Present and describe wines, flights, and pairing recommendations
• Guide guests through tasting experiences with confidence and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service environment
• Execute opening and closing procedures according to company standards
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Ensure full compliance with all TABC regulations
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• TABC Certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Prior serving, hospitality, or wine bar experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for an upscale environment
• Availability to work weekends and peak tourism periods

• Knowledge of wine, varietals, and basic tasting principles
• Experience in upscale restaurants, tasting rooms, or hospitality venues
• Ability to provide a warm, polished, guest-focused experience
