Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy (SM&PT) is a locally owned physical therapy provider serving the Texas Hill Country for over 30 years. We are excited to welcome a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual to join our family-oriented physical therapy practice as a Front Office and Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our patients and their families at the front desk, this role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to personalized, professional care aa well as foster our long-standing community connection.
Our practice is built on strong relationships, both with our patients and within our team. This position is responsible for helping to manage physical therapy services at SM&PT by providing both our clients and referring medical offices with information about our services, scheduling assistance, insurance information and general overall communication before, during and after their experience at SM&PT.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Greet arriving clients with eye contact and a smile
- Verify insurance benefits
- Schedule clients and help manage their appointments
- Perform office duties such as scanning, inventory, etc.
- Work as a team with our Physical Therapists to ensure compliance with the various insurance needs of our clients
- Help with supply orders
- Post Office and bank runs
- Take client payments in clinic and over the phone
- Grow your knowledge of our records systems
- Assist with daily housekeeping of front office and clinic
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Medical Office experience preferred
- Insurance experience preferred
- Customer Service experience a plus
