In this class, you’ll work alongside our chef to prepare a menu that highlights the bold spices, layered flavors, and comforting dishes that define Cajun cuisine.

Each class blends immersive culinary instruction with lifestyle cooking skills—from smart shopping to ingredient selection, substitutions, and chef-driven techniques. You’ll enjoy a full meal with perfectly paired wines, and take home a beautifully printed recipe booklet with step-by-step instructions so you can recreate the magic at home.
